NEW GEN III PLUG-N-PLAY Vacuum Press

What we have done is taken a well proven design  hand built and hand assembled maintained the performance and added some extras to increase value and easy setup.
CONTROLS

3/8" Ball valve to direct the vacuum to the table, 1/4"Ball valve to release the vacuum hold from the table. Quality vacuum gauge to monitor the table. 
WORK SURFACE

We have a 12"x12" solid [no flexing under vacuum]

Hinged lid frame with hinge stops designed to keep the frame lid in a vertical position while working
INSIDE

Built in surge tank to allow for a lower CFM pump to be used and not compromise performance
SETUP

We have done ALL the leg work and trips to the hardware to get you hooked up to your vacuum pump. Out of the back of the surge tank is 6' of 1/4" tubing and the adapter to fit on the 1/4" flare on the pump.

Our Curved Jig offers a low profile to allow it to be user friendly with any press. It measures 11/2" tall x 7" wide x 11" long. To allow bottom side definition 1/2" closed cell foam glued in place for one less thing to move during pressing.This jig also allows for complete air evacuation (no tenting) with the air channel  cut from front to back
